The community Facebook group is where you'll have direct access to me. This is where I'll post regular updates, give feedback, reply to questions and be hosting competitions and giveaways. But this is also where we'll come together as a team, to help motivate and push each other to be our best
How it works
Step 1 – Sign up to your chosen membership using the 'join now' button above. You'll be asked to fill in all your details including your body stats, goals and preferences
Step 2 - You'll recieve an email within 30 minutes of signing up, including the link to download the app. Your workout and nutrition programmes will also be available shortly after signing up
Step 3 – You can change your meals, workout programme and exercises at any time by emailing the support team
Step 4 – Get started with your programmes where you can log your workouts and food in-app. You can also access the educational pages and PDFs to learn about nutrition, fat loss, warm ups and more
Step 5 - Join the AD FITNESS community of likeminded women. The links to the Facebook and Whatsapp groups are located on your app dashboard
Step 6 – Every 4 weeks, you will be prompted to submit for a new training block. But don't worry if you have to push back a few sessions because we won't update your programme until you're ready to move forward
Once you have signed up through my website and made a payment, your programme will be available on your members dashboard. You can access this on my website through the members log in, or by downloading the app and logging in there.
Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or 3 monthly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

Each month will be different, because in order to improve we must continually challenge our bodies as they adapt to training stimulus

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
Each workout contains a full breakdown of movements so they are suitable for all abilities. There are also progression and regression exercise options where approprioate to ensure all abilities are catered for.
